2. Personal data we process

When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, company, email address, phone number, selected service, preferred appointment and message. During normal operation, we may also process technical data such as your IP address, request time, browser type and server security logs.

  • processing enquiries and taking steps before entering into a contract,
  • communication, quotation preparation and consultation scheduling,
  • compliance with statutory accounting and tax obligations,
  • protecting the website against spam, abuse and security incidents,
  • analytics or marketing measurement only after consent is provided.

The legal basis is primarily taking steps before entering into a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest in securing the service and your consent for optional cookies.

4. Recipients and service providers

Personal data may be processed to the extent necessary by Hetzner Online GmbH as the server infrastructure provider, Websupport as the domain and email service provider, and our technical suppliers. When preparing a device quotation, necessary details may be shared with an authorised commercial partner only after agreement with you.

5. Retention period

Enquiries that do not result in a contract, as well as closed enquiries, are retained for no longer than 365 days unless they are needed for legal claims or statutory obligations. The security identifier used for spam prevention is retained for no longer than 24 hours. Accounting records are retained for the period required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, object to processing and, where provided by law, request data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
