The consultation rate is indicative. Hardware, licences, vendor support and implementation are quoted separately. Final pricing and any applicable VAT are specified in the quotation.

Common questions.
Do I need a detailed technical brief?
No. Tell us what is not working or what you want to change. We can clarify the requirement together. If a paid technical consultation is needed, we agree this with you first.
Can I order a one-off service?
Yes. This can be a consultation, network design, scoped security review, automation or a specific implementation. You do not need an ongoing support contract.
Are you a direct Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet or Cisco partner?
RH Networks is not a direct authorised reseller of these vendors. We prepare the design, model and licence selection and technical specification. Sale, invoicing and delivery are handled by a cooperating authorised commercial partner.
Can you work remotely or on-site?
Consultations, design and much of the configuration work can be carried out remotely. On-site work is agreed according to your location and the project requirements.
Does sending an enquiry commit me to anything?
No. We review your enquiry and propose the next step. Paid work starts only after you have agreed to the scope and price.
